SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an assembly system in which parts of the assembly can not be fastened by plastic deformation and is aimed at improving the reliability of the joint without the use of plastic deformation. Assembled system includes first and second parts, each of which has a dead-end recess, and a third part including a through hole. In addition, the system comprises a permanent joint device that includes a pin installed in the through hole of the third part and comprising at the first end first fixing means in one of the first and second parts in the dead-end recess, and a sleeve, an outer wall of which comprises a second fixing means in the dead-end recess of the other of said first and second parts. Inner wall of the sleeve is welded to the second end of the pin to secure the first, second parts and the third part to each other without plastic deformation of the first and second parts.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the reliability of the joint without the use of plastic deformation.
