SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering. Method for mechanical and thermal energy generation is carried out in the plant by directing hot gases from the combustion chamber to the inlet of the steam-gas turbine, after which the gases exhausted in the steam-gas turbine enter the heat and water recycling unit, where they are cooled to the temperature required to separate water from the exhaust gases by condensing it. Condensed water is then withdrawn from the heat and water recycling unit, and the exhaust gases from the heat and water recycling unit containing carbon dioxide as the main constituent are sent to the inlet to the carbon dioxide compressor. Compressed exhaust gas is supplied to the heat and carbon dioxide recycling unit, where it is cooled to the temperature required for the condensation of carbon dioxide. Further, the condensed carbon dioxide is removed from the heat and carbon dioxide recycling unit. Some of the drained water from the heat and water recycling unit is fed to the inlet of a water pump-regulator, which pumps it into the combustion chamber. Some of the carbon dioxide condensed in the heat and carbon dioxide recycling unit is supplied to the inlet of a carbon dioxide pump-regulator, which pumps it into the combustion chamber. Carbon fuel and oxygen are fed into the combustion chamber by a fuel pump-regulator and an oxygen pump-regulator.
EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency of the plant by increasing the average heat input temperature in the thermodynamic cycle, increased heat recovery and obtaining more expansion work, due to the use of condensed CO2 in the power plant.
