FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method of adjusting an installation for generating mechanical and heat energy includes at least determining the electromagnetic torque at the anchor of the generator connected to the steam-gas turbine, evaluating the current operating mode of the apparatus for generating mechanical and thermal energy based on the electromagnetic torque at the armature of the generator, wherein with reduction of electromagnetic moment below first threshold value, increasing efficiency of liquefaction unit, in which liquefied carbon-containing fuel is supplied to heat-insulated reservoir for storage of liquefied carbon-containing fuel, and additional liquid oxygen enters a heat-insulated container for storing liquefied oxygen, and when the electromagnetic torque at the armature of the generator increases above the second threshold value, the efficiency of the liquefaction unit is reduced. Proposed plant comprises combustion chamber, steam and gas turbine connected with generator anchor that is connected with device to determine electromagnetic torque at generator anchor.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce duration of operation in transient modes and modes of partial loads.
