FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat power engineering. The installation for generating thermal and mechanical energy includes a combustion chamber (7) connected to a steam-gas turbine (12), a carbon dioxide liquefaction device (20) connected to a refrigeration unit (22), an oxygen source (21), a liquefied natural gas (LNG), contact heat exchangers (15, 19) of low and high pressure, connected to the compressor (18). The LNG supply line is connected to the primary zone of the combustion chamber (7) and includes an LNG pump (1), a heat exchanger (5) for LNG cold located in the device (20), and a heat exchanger (6) for heating LNG. The oxygen supply line is connected to the primary zone of the combustion chamber (7) and includes an oxygen pump (2), an oxygen cold heat exchanger (8) located in the device (20), and a heat exchanger (9) for heating oxygen. Heat exchangers (6, 9) are made with the possibility of cooling the water entering the low-pressure contact heat exchanger (15). The carbon dioxide supply line is connected to the primary and secondary zones of the combustion chamber (7) and includes a pump (3), a heater (10) configured to cool water entering at least one contact heat exchanger (15 and / or 19), and recuperative exhaust gas cooler (11). The water supply line to the combustion chamber (7) is connected to the primary and secondary zones of the combustion chamber (7) and includes a pump (4) connected to a low-pressure contact heat exchanger (15) and a recuperative exhaust gas cooler (13).
