FIELD: heat power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, namely to installations for environmentally friendly generation of mechanical and thermal energy. Installation for generation of thermal and mechanical energy, consisting of combustion chamber (1) connected to steam-gas turbine (6), supply lines of carbon dioxide, water, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and oxygen to combustion chamber (1), recuperative cooler (8), carbon dioxide liquefaction device (15), comprising refrigerating plant evaporator (18) and oxygen and LNG cold utilization heat exchangers (16, 17), contact heat exchangers of low (11) and high (14) pressure, between which there is compressor (13) for supply of exhaust gases from contact heat exchanger (11) of low pressure to contact heat exchanger (14) of high pressure, wherein compressor (13) is a high pressure compressor, exhaust gas outlet of contact heat exchanger (11) of low pressure is connected to exhaust gas inlet of contact heat exchanger (14) of high pressure through series-connected compressor (22) of low pressure, intermediate cooling heat exchanger (29) and high pressure compressor (13), wherein one of the inlets of heat exchanger (29) of the intermediate cooling through circulation pump (20) of carbon dioxide and one of the outlets is connected to device (15) of liquefaction of carbon dioxide. Also disclosed is a version of the installation.

EFFECT: reduced heat intensity of moving elements of the power plant structure, increased use of media circulating in the plant, increased reliability and increased efficiency of the plant due to reduction of energy consumption for waste gases compression.
