FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to sintered copper-based materials. Invention can be implemented for manufacturing parts of machines operating in friction conditions. Sintered friction material based on copper contains, by mass %: tin 7.0–9.0; lead 7.0–9.0; carbon 0.2–0.3; iron 2.5–3.5; asbestos 1.0–1.5; antimony 0.1–0.15; copper – the rest.
EFFECT: material has high wear-resisting properties.
