FIELD: acoustics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of manufacturing device for noise protection, in particular noise shield. Fastenings screen frame on the base with a built-in rear wall and stack plates on each other made of materials with different properties of noise absorption. On top of the plates, one on the other, flat frame sections are set. Screen is equipped with an automatic control system. Frame sections are made in the form of separate elements with frameworks which are pivotally connected by means of supports between themselves and base. Each frame section is provided with an actuating motor with a transmission mechanism. Automatic control system contains noise level sensors, noise level detectors, power converters for supplying actuators, comparison devices and regulators, wherein the noise level sensors are installed behind the noise shield at a corresponding level for each frame section and a predetermined distance from the noise source. Output of the permissible noise level set-point adjuster for each frame section is connected to the direct input of the corresponding comparator, the inverted input of which is connected to the output of the noise level sensor at the corresponding point in the working volume. Output of the comparator is connected to the input of the controller, the output of which is connected to the input of the power converter, the input of which is connected to the executive motor, which is connected to the frame section of the noise shield by means of a transmission mechanism.

EFFECT: increase in the acoustic efficiency of roadside noise absorption.
