FIELD: noise screens.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to noise protection devices, in particular to noise screens. Noise screen comprises a base and a frame fixed thereon with a rear wall built into it and plates stacked on top of each other. Plates are made of materials with different noise attenuation properties, on top of which flat frame sections are installed one on another. Screen is equipped with an automatic control system. Frame sections are made in the form of separate elements with case framings, which are pivotally connected by means of supports between themselves and the base. Each frame section is provided with an actuating motor with a transmission mechanism. Automatic control system contains noise level sensors, permissible noise level set-point adjusters, power converters for feeding actuating motors, comparators and regulators. Noise level sensors are installed behind the noise screen at a level appropriate for each frame section and at a specified distance from the noise source. Output of the permissible noise level set-point adjuster for each frame section is connected to the direct input of the corresponding comparator, the inverted input of which is connected to the output of the noise level sensor at the corresponding point in the working volume. Output of the comparator is connected to the input of the regulator whose output is connected to the input of the power converter, whose input is connected to the actuating motor, which, in turn, is connected via a transmission mechanism to the frame section of the noise screen.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the acoustic efficiency of roadside noise absorption.
