FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustics, particularly, to broadband acoustic suppression, and can be used in all sectors of national economy as means of noise protection, in particular an acoustic screen is designed for installation along the road and railways, construction sites and other sources of noise in order to protect residential development from sources of increased noise. This is achieved by the fact that in an acoustic screen consisting of a base rigidly fixed in the protected object, either in the ground, or in the foundation of the production department, as well as the main, extreme, vertical support racks, between which are located auxiliary vertical posts, and horizontal profiles – for fixing an acoustic web consisting of noise-reflecting translucent panels, and opaque noise-absorbing panels. Arrangement of them in the acoustic screen can be in any combination of vertical and horizontal rows. It is possible to arrange the screen when the upper horizontal rows of the acoustic blade are at an angle of 20…45°. Vertical support posts are executed respectively in the upper part with an inclination at an angle within 20…45°, or it is possible to arrange the screen surface on support racks of any configuration, for example, in the form of an arc of a circle of large radius. Each of the opaque sound-absorbing acoustic panels is made with resonant inserts and comprises a smooth and perforated surface, between which there is a layer of sound-absorbing material of complex shape. Layer of complex shape is an alternation of solid sections and hollow sections. Hollow sections are formed by prismatic surfaces, which have a cross section, parallel to the plane of the drawing, the form of a parallelogram whose internal surfaces have a dentate structure. Teeth tops face inside the prismatic surfaces. Ribs of the prismatic surfaces are secured on the smooth and perforated walls respectfully. Cavities of hollow sections, formed by prismatic surfaces, are filled with a sound absorber. Between a smooth surface and solid sections of the layer of sound-absorbing material of complex shape, as well as between the perforated surface and solid sections, there are resonant plates with resonant inserts performing the functions of the neck of Helmholtz resonators.
EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of noise suppression.
