FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technological processes of open mining operations when disposing of overburden in a quarry of an adjacent section and can be used in the open development of coal deposits of a gentle, inclined and steep fall. Proposed method includes excavating from the receiving pit and storing the overburden with pitches into the pit excavation by dragline. At the same time, initially the bulldozer creates a sliding ramp and a pioneer embankment for installing a dragline onto it, and overburden rocks are stored in the pit excavation of an adjacent section with a dragline excavator of one, two and three longitudinal penetrations to its full depth of 30, 50, 70 m and at which, changing the direction of the front of the dump work, the dragline stores the overburden in the remaining part of the pit.
EFFECT: technical result is the storage of overburden by dragline in the quarrying of the adjacent section and the reduction of the transportation distance.
