FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: plant for carrying out technological operations with an egg contains several devices for carrying out technological operations with an egg, adapted to interact with bird eggs, and a sanitary treatment system in fluid communication with said devices. Sanitary treatment system is configured to deliver the sanitary fluid to said devices for sanitizing them after interaction with the egg, the sanitary treatment system comprising a valveless manifold assembly. Sanitary pressurized fluid is supplied under pressure into the fluid inlet of the valveless collection manifold in fluid communication with the devices for performing the technological operations with the egg. Sanitary fluid is delivered to fluid outlets of the valveless collection manifold, wherein fluid outlets are in fluid communication with appropriate devices for performing egg technological operations. Sanitary fluid is delivered to devices for performing technological operations with the egg for their sanitization.

EFFECT: it is possible to reduce the fluctuation in the volume of the supplied sanitary fluid between the separate egg injection devices.
