SAMPLE CASSETTE AND ANALYTICAL SYSTEM FOR CARRYING OUT CERTAIN REACTIONS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B01L3/00 B01L7/00 B01L9/00

Abstract RU 2699612 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and a method of producing and/or analysing substrates on which biological or chemical samples are found. Cartridge for biological or chemical samples, comprising: an elongated thermal control unit having an active surface and an outer surface which face in opposite directions, and wherein the thermal control unit includes the first and second ends of the block, the length between which forms the length of the thermal control unit, and the active surface has a plurality of mounting areas, which are distributed throughout the length of the thermal control unit, wherein said mounting areas are intended for installation of sample substrates; hollow cells arranged with the possibility of their location on corresponding mounting sites, comprising multiple mounting sites, and, therefore, above said sample substrates; and detachable cover made with possibility of its connection to thermal control unit so that hollow cells are located between unit and cover, and wherein the thermal control unit and the hollow cells have a shape such that corresponding reaction chambers are formed between them and the hollow cells are configured to be separated or removed from the thermal control unit and detachable cover, detachable cover and thermoregulation unit installed in fixed position relative to each other form a single structure, which is arranged with the possibility of placement inside analytical system, and wherein the reaction chambers have corresponding inlet openings, the outlets of which are located in a common direction for all holes on the outer side of the sample cassette.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of substrates analysis, higher efficiency of analysis.
