FIELD: microfluidic devices.

SUBSTANCE: flow cell contains a plurality of inlet holes, each inlet hole of a plurality of inlet holes being sized to allow the flow of reagent of the corresponding reagent of a plurality of reagents to be received into the flow cell; an outlet hole being sized to allow the flow of reagent to be discharged from the flow cell; and a flow channel located between each inlet hole of a plurality of inlet holes and an outlet hole and communicating with them through a fluid, containing: a collector section having a plurality of collector branches communicating through a fluid with a common line, each collector branch of a plurality of collector branches connected to a corresponding inlet hole of a plurality of inlet holes, and a detection section communicating through a fluid with a common line and an outlet hole. The detection section is made with the possibility of performing many different chemical reactions between a variety of reagents and analytes located in the detection section. The set of branches of the collector of the collector section has the first height, and the detection section has the second height, of which the first height is less than the second height. The collector section has a working volume that is at least approximately 10 times smaller than the working volume of the detection section.

EFFECT: increased flushing efficiency, reducing reagent number and time for performing a controlled reaction sequence.
