SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a die plate and a device for producing food products consumed as food that are made from a product mass, in particular from a fat-containing mass, preferably from a fat-containing mass, which contains cocoa, or a chocolate-like fat-containing mass. Die plate comprises a substantially flat base (2) and at least one die (3) which is located on the base (2) and can be temperature-controlled and which, when used for its intended purpose, can be introduced into the mold (7) cavity (8) in which the product mass is located, wherein this cavity corresponds to the die (3).

EFFECT: according to the invention, on the base (2) at least one additional protruding element (4) is located as a spacer (5) for the mold (7).
