SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of agriculture, in particular to meadow feed production. Method involves providing for the green mass of agricultural animals by means of sowing the fodder crops and mowing them, when their ripeness occurs. At the same time, in order to extend the term of the green conveyor belt under the conditions of the permafrost zone, sowings of perennial grasses of the previous year are used, in which the vegetative period begins immediately after the descent of the snow cover, which provides for the mowing ripeness in the phase of sweeping-earing in cereals and budding at legumes by the end of June. First mowing is provided at the mowing ripeness from 1 to 15 July, then one-year-old forage crops are used with the mowing ripeness and mowing from July 16 to August 31, and from 1 to 20 September, it is time for the second mowing ripeness of perennial grasses.

EFFECT: method allows to extend the duration of the green conveyor belt under the cryolithozone conditions up to 82 days.
