INLET FLOW SYSTEM FOR SAMPLER Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01N1/22 G01N27/62 G01N30/10

Abstract RU 2652186 C2

FIELD: spectrometry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to samplers used in spectrometric systems. Device for creating a fluid medium flow to a sample reception port using a sampling port containing a sample reception port, a sampling port, an inlet for receiving the sampler and a curtain port. Sample reception port is configured able to receive a sample from the fluid medium flow intended for analysis using a sample detector. Sampling port is configured able to move the fluid medium flow to the sampling port for sampling at the sample receiving port. Herewith the sampling port is located in relation to the sample reception port so that the fluid medium flow coming to the sampling port, at least partially, surrounds the sample receiving port. Inlet for receiving the sampler is configured in such a way, that when the sampler is inserted into the inlet, it feeds the sample into the fluid medium flow. Curtain port is located at a distance from the sampling port and, at least partially, surrounds the sampling port in the inlet supplying the fluid medium to the sampling port around the sampler. Inlet is made able to be positioned adjacent to the sample reception port. Herewith the inlet limits the volume for receiving the sample and has a gap limiting the sampling port made able to take out the first fluid medium flow for facilitating the second fluid medium flow to come to the sample reception port. Inlet additionally limits the curtain port in the wall of the inlet made able to be located separately from the sample receiving port and the sampling port for supplying the third flow to the sample reception port. System for obtaining and detecting samples from a fluid medium flow comprising a device and a sample detector configured able to receive samples through a sample reception port.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of sampling is provided.
