SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical engineering and can be used to distribute the catalyst circulating in the reactor-regenerator system of the dehydrogenation of paraffinic hydrocarbons C3-C5 to the corresponding olefinic hydrocarbons. Catalyst distributor for the reactor-regenerator system of dehydrogenation of paraffinic hydrocarbons C3-C5 with a fluidized bed with partitioning grids comprises a vertical transport tube 1 located along the axis of the reactor and/or regenerator with an upward flow of a mixture of a catalyst and a transport gas connected to an expander 2 installed coaxially with the pipe, connected by connecting pipes 10 with vertical drain risers 7, the lower ends of which are located in the upper part of the fluidized bed, expander 2 comprises cylindrical body 3 with upper cover 4 and lower bottom 5, and connecting pipes 10 with their upper ends are connected to catalyst outlet holes 8 located in the cylindrical part of body 3, at the same time, at least one opening for discharging the transport gas is disposed between catalyst outlet holes 8 and upper cover 4, transport tube 1 is made up expander 2, and upper end 18 transfer tube 1 is located between at least one transport gas outlet opening and upper cover 4 of expander 2.
EFFECT: proposed design of the catalyst distributor provides, in comparison with the known design, an increase in the yields of olefinic hydrocarbons, a decrease in catalyst entrainment, exclusion of monolithic coke deposits on the elements of the distributor design and erosion of internal devices of the reactor and regenerator, reduction of transport gas consumption and stabilization of the operation of the dehydrogenation unit in the optimal mode.
