Invention relates to catalyst and transport gas distributor for reactor-regenerator circulation systems of dehydrogenation of paraffin hydrocarbons C3-C5 with sectionized fluidized bed grids, comprising supplying transport pipe 19, connected to vertical along the reactor and / or regenerator axis vertical transport pipe 1 with upward or downward flow of catalyst and transport gas, installed with open end face 2 respectively up or down, coaxial to it located expander, comprising a bottom connected to end 2 of transport pipe 1, and cover. Expander bottom consists of diffuser 6 in form of truncated cone, connected by lower end with open end 2 transport pipe 1 and larger base 7 with first disc 8 surrounding diffuser opening 6, and the cover includes a bottom and second disc 12, wherein second disc 12 is connected to the end of the bottom, surrounding it, is installed at a certain distance up or down from first disc 8 rigidly with formation between the discs of the open ring-shaped space 20, the opening angle of diffuser 6 is 10–60°.

EFFECT: reduced erosion of distributor design elements and internal devices of reactor and regenerator, increased output of olefin hydrocarbons, reduced air consumption for regeneration of catalyst, reduced catalyst carryover.
