SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermoplastic polymer films creating tactile sensations of softness, as well as to products containing them. Film layer of the invention comprises a dispersive phase based on thermoplastic polymers, wherein at least one of the thermoplastic polymers is a low-modulus polymer, characterized by a secant modulus at 2 % deformation of 30 to 75 MPa, the quantitative content of the low modulus thermoplastic polymer in the film layer of 20 mass % to 90 mass % and a dispersed phase constituting the thermoplastic starch in an amount of 5 mass % to 45 mass % of the total film layer, and has a microtexturized surface.

EFFECT: thus, the proposed film is soft to the touch, contains renewable raw materials and has mechanical properties that allow use in high-speed processing operations.
