SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of composite membranes for separating gas mixtures and/or mixtures of gases and vapors of organic solvents and/or pervaporation of aqueous organic or organic-organic mixtures. Method for producing the composite membrane for gas separation and pervaporation involves dissolving the polymethylhydrosiloxane in the hydrocarbon solvent in order to form the polymer solution. Modifying agent is simultaneously added thereto, the monomer selected from olefin, vinylcycloalkane, allyltrimethylsilane or mixtures thereof with diene, the hydrosilylation catalyst and the crosslinking agent, which is the monomer containing at least 2 vinyl groups. In one reaction medium, the hydrosilylation reaction on one catalyst is followed by modification and partial crosslinking of the polymer at 20–100 °C in order to form the molding solution and it is applied to the porous substrate. After this, the membrane is dried and conditioned at 20–100 °C. Composite membrane for gas separation and pervaporation based on polyorganosiloxane having repeating units

at the degree of substitution of Si-H bond of 20–99 mol%, is obtained by this method.

EFFECT: simplified method for obtaining the membrane by means of using the available components, increasing gas permeability and maintaining the selectivity of gas separation.
