FIELD: soil or rock drilling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to quick couplings of drill rods or pipes, in particular to a device for joining drill rods. Device for joining the drill rods consists of a pin-axis, a bushing that is put on the pin-axis, and two pins, large and small. In the pin-axis, a transverse hole is made for a large pin, a transverse hole is made in the bushing with a chamfer under the half-secret head of a large pin, on the other side of the bushing. In the wall of the sleeve, across the hole, under the large pin, a through hole is made to fix the large pin with a small pin. Large pin has a half-hollow head on which a horizontal transverse risk is applied, on the other end of the large pin an opening is made for fixing it in the junction of the rod with a small pin. Small pin is made of wire with the possibility of deformation by a hammer, 2–3 mm longer than the hole in the wall of the sleeve. Ends of the small pin are chamfered and the pin is deformed with a hammer, the ends of the pin are not deformed, undeformed small pin is designed to enter the hole in the wall of the sleeve and the large pin, the deformed small pin is hammered in to fix the large pin, while the horizontal transverse risk is on the head of the large pin, the hole in the large pin and the hole in the wall of the sleeve are in the same plane. On the hole of the large pin and the hole inside the sleeve wall, chamfers are removed through the transverse bore of the bushing. In turn, the axle pin and bushing are inserted by the seat in the pipe and welded with welding to form a drill rod, at one end of which there is a bushing, and on the other – a pin-axle, on the upper bar at the bottom, near the bevel under the head of the pin and on the bottom bar there are risks.

EFFECT: technical result is the simplicity of design, quick installation and dismantling and increased reliability of the structure as a whole.
