SUBSTANCE: invention relates to network communication technologies. Communication system comprising: a forwarding plane device and a control plane device located in the core network, wherein the forwarding plane device is configured to receive a request for the MAC address transmitted by the base station and forwarding the said MAC address request, at that, the MAC address request contains an IP address and is used to request the MAC address corresponding to the specified IP address, at that, the forwarding plane device does not store the first matching between the said IP address and the MAC address; control plane device is configured to receive the MAC address request transmitted by the forwarding plane device, receiving the MAC address according to the first match and the IP address and transmitting the response to the MAC address request, at that, the MAC address response includes a MAC address; and the forwarding plane device is further configured to receive a response to the MAC address request and forward the response to the MAC address request to the base station; at that, the control plane device is further configured to transmit, to the forwarding plane device, the first forwarding command.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing of data transmission rate.
