FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to arrangement (1) and a method for radio-frequency high power generation. Arrangement comprises power combiner (2) with RF inputs (3) and RF output (4), and at least two power amplifier modules (5), respectively electrically connected by transmission line (6) to input (3) of power combiner (2). Directional coupler (8) is electrically connected to RF output (4) of power combiner (2) and at least one transmission line (6) comprises RF switch (7). Method includes measuring and determining of values of power amplifier modules (5), storing the values and applying the values as a correction to the input signal of power amplifier modules (5).

EFFECT: technical result is to reduce the radio frequency power losses and to achieve the maximum output power level of the power combiner.
