FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to arrangement (1) and a method for radio-frequency high power generation. Device comprises at least one power combiner (2) with radio frequency inputs (3) and at least one radio frequency output (4), and at least two power amplifier modules (5) connected in an appropriate manner by electrical connection to input (3) by means of at least one transmission line (6). At least one complex load transmission line (8) connected electrically to at least one radio frequency switch (7) comprises at least one radio frequency switch.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide generation of high radio-frequency power with the help of a power combiner and connected power modules of power amplifiers with high net efficiency.
