SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport-technological means, in particular, to amphibious cross-country vehicles capable of overcoming routes with weak bearing support surfaces, including loose snow, areas with thin broken ice or open water. Amphibious transport-technological platform with a shifting center of gravity, carrying a payload and containing a propulsion unit contacting the supporting surface. Platform body is made in the form of a catamaran of a given shape with a displacing volume, providing the platform buoyancy with the payload. Platform support frame is connected to its displacing body through a predetermined number of resilient members with adjustable length, supporting and / or moving the frame relative to the displacing body.
EFFECT: enabling increase in transport and technological platform flotation ability.
