FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport-technological means and can be used in designing amphibious cross-country vehicles. Proposed platform comprises housing, propulsor and system to control shift of center of gravity. Platform is made with rotary cantilever elements of the specified configuration and the specified weight rotating round the top part of the platform. Rotation of elements by specified angle is performed in different directions or in one side of one or specified number of elements. Rotary cantilever elements rotate about controlled axis fixed on housing, which deviates from its vertical position by a given angle towards side of platform. Preset number of cantilever elements comprises preset number of mechanically interconnected links with telescopic and / or hinged joint. Cantilever rotary elements are controlled by operator or software and hardware complex and do not contact or contact with support surface, are fixed in specified position or perform specified movements to optimize alignment, or creation of additional traction or braking forces, or correction of platform spatial position.
EFFECT: efficiency of the vehicle is increased.
