Transport and technological platform carrying the payload includes a housing, a propulsion unit and a system that provides control over the displacement of the center of gravity of the transport and technological means. Platform is made with three rotary cantilever elements of a given configuration and a given mass, rotating around the upper part of the platform on its vertical axis. Rotation of the elements at a given angle is carried out in different directions to provide insurance against side-flipping of the platform or in one direction of one or two, or three elements for shifting the center of gravity of the platform and effectively passing difficult road conditions or in different directions to given angles to ensure the necessary shift of the center of gravity and insurance against platform overturn.

EFFECT: efficiency of the vehicle is increased.
