SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to a cleaning device and liquid heating. Device for cleaning and heating a liquid includes a body with a means for a heated liquid outflow, internal volume of which is divided into two cavities - the cavity for an initial liquid and the cavity for a purified liquid, cover, heating means, control unit, filtration unit, located in such a way that it does not have contact with heating surfaces, and comprising a channel for supplying the purified liquid to the cavity for the purified liquid and a filter element. Device is designed to simultaneously reduce the volume of the cavity of the initial liquid and increasing the volume of the purified liquid in the cavity for the purified liquid while moving the initial liquid from the source liquid cavity through the filter module to the cavity for the purified liquid during filtration, wherein the cavity for the initial liquid has at least one flexible elastic wall.

EFFECT: this makes it possible to effectively use the internal volume of a liquid cleaning and heating device while reducing the time for obtaining a prepared, namely, purified and heated liquid.
