Liquid preparation device for simultaneous heating and cooling of a liquid, including a tank for unprepared liquid, a thermoelectric transducer, a control unit, a liquid flow separation unit and a liquid preparation tank, divided into a liquid heating section and a liquid cooling section, each section being provided with an impermeable barrier adjacent to the thermoelectric transducer, and on the outer side of the upper walls of the liquid heating section and the liquid cooling section there is a liquid level control unit provided, which is a tray at the bottom of which a liquid level sensor is placed, and an air removal device made in the form of two holes symmetrically located above the said sections, while the control unit includes a controller and a liquid level control device connected thereto, located in the liquid preparation tank, and a liquid level sensor located in the unprepared liquid tank, and a compressed medium supply line connected to the pressure generating device is connected to the unprepared liquid tank.
