FIELD: determination of end of service life of device module for purification of drinking water under household conditions. SUBSTANCE: mechanism according to the first version has a body with fasteners and accommodating initial vessel with means of indication in the form of loose medium, and receiving vessel connected by chamber located between them and consisting of at least two channels. Chamber is made so that an angle formed by generating lines to external and internal surfaces of channels is smaller than double angle formed by surface of incline of indication means and plane of horizon. Body, initial and receiving vessels are made of transparent material. According to the second version, side surfaces of initial and receiving vessels are interconnected with each other. In discharge of purified water simultaneously inclined are module and indication mechanism to ensure cyclic displacement of dose of indication means from initial to receiving vessels through channels connecting their chambers and used part of module is visually determined which is proportional to volume of purified water. EFFECT: provided simple and reliable method and mechanism of service life indication of module for water purification under household conditions. 4 cl, 11 dwg
