SUBSTANCE: steaming system includes: a first conveyor located in a forming section for forming processed food products, for moving the processed food products along a conveyor; the second conveyor located in the steam section formed at the rear end of the mold section, for the steam to affect the processed food products; a third conveyor located in the outlet section for the thermal irradiation of the processed food products steam treated in the steam section and the release of the processed food products; and connecting blocks disposed between the first conveyor and the second conveyor, and also between the second conveyor and the third conveyor, to allow slow movement of the processed food products between the sections.

EFFECT: steaming system is used for food processing.
