FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: multi-stage steaming machine (200) configured in such a way that the steam chamber main housing (2), into which steam is actually supplied to the batch of noodle filaments, is provided with: tunnel-like noodles introducing portion (1) extending from the steam chamber main body (2) in inclined downward direction; and the tunnel-like of noodle release portion (3) similar in manner extending from the steam chamber main body (2) in inclined downward direction. Noodle introduction portion (1) inlet end vertical position and the noodle discharge portion (3) outlet end vertical position are lower than the steam chamber main body (2) lower end portion vertical position.
EFFECT: proposed is multistage steaming machine.
