Vehicle control system comprises a mobile device, at least one security means. Mobile device is intended for controlling the vehicle actuating means, wherein mobile device generates instructions for controlling the executive means based on data obtained from the at least one measuring means. Security means is intended to connect the vehicle to the mobile device as a peripheral device, to securely transfer data from the vehicle measuring means to the mobile device and ensuring the safe transmission of generated commands from the mobile device to the vehicle executive means.

EFFECT: increase in the safety of driving by using a mobile device is achieved.
