SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Method for controlling access to a cyber-physical system (CPS), in which, by means of at least two protection means installed on electronic control units (ECU) of CPS from a list of trusted ECUs, performing mutual check of integrity of said ECU; if integrity of said ECU is not violated, performing access authorization to CPS, or if integrity of said ECU is broken, access to CPS is determined unauthorized; and detecting the change in the state of at least one functional module of the CPS, associated with unauthorized access to the CPS; sending, by at least one of the means of protection, a command to the status monitoring means of the at least one CPS functional module; state of at least one CPS functional module is used by means of monitoring using control rules.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of characteristics of access control devices to cyber-physical system, such as degree of blocking, reliability and fail-safety.
