In a method of intensifying heat convection between a heat convection grounded surface and a high-voltage electrode is installed with a gap in relation to them, a film composite element, consisting of interconnected electrically conductive and dielectric films. Metal coating of the element is located near the high-voltage electrode, the element itself is spring-loaded on dielectric supports and, under the influence of an electric shock, the element is put into self-oscillatory motion.

EFFECT: technical result is the intensification of heat convection.
