FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the blade chisel of the cutting share action for drilling rock strata for oil and gas or other purposes. Blade chisel with a wear-resistant cylindrical cutting structure includes a housing with a connecting thread, a central channel and outlet openings, protected carbide coated blades with a calibration part, the main cutting profile with a lot of PDC cutters. PDC cutters are installed from the central axis of the bit to the nominal bit diameter inclusive and are made with a thickness of the diamond layer in the range of 0.5 to 3 mm, have a leached layer in the range of 0.1 to 1 mm and a chamfer in the range of 0.05 to 1.5 mm. PDC cutters axes form an angle in the range of 40 to 90° with the cutting direction. Cutting process occurs with a chamfer, an end and a cylindrical surface of the diamond layer of the PDC cutter.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the cutting forces on the chisel cutters, increasing their wear resistance and drilling speed.
