FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to rock-breaking tool used for drilling of oil and gas wells, especially for drilling of inclined oriented and horizontal wells and rocks represented by alternation of interlayers of various hardness. Blade drill bit comprises body with connecting thread, central channel and outlet holes for washing fluid, and blades equipped with polycrystalline diamond cutters PDC. Surface of blades is equipped with composition coating having various wear resistance by thickness, at the same time resistance of composite coating to abrasive wear increases in direction from external surface to underlying layers, and value of cutter protrusion near center of bit above surface of composite coating is knowingly lower than required for drilling of hardest rocks in this geological cut.
EFFECT: improved controllability with simultaneous increase of PDC drill bit vibration stability by application of special composite coating and control of cutter protrusion above this coating.
