FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to polyurethanes, aqueous dispersions and their use in a printing process, as well as to inks for flexographic or gravure printing and a method for printing on a substrate. Said polyurethane is produced by reacting (a) from 15 % to 70 % by weight of a di- or polyisocyanate containing an average of 1 to 10 allophanate groups and an average of 1 to 10 C-C double bonds per molecule, (b) from 1 % to 10 % by weight of additional di- or polyisocyanate, with (c) from 5 % to 50 % by weight of compounds having at least one isocyanate-reactive group, comprising at least one polycarbonate diol having a molecular weight of 500 to 3000 g/mol. Said di- or polyisocyanate (a) is obtained by reacting at least one di- or polyisocyanate (a1) with at least one compound of general formula
.
EFFECT: said polyurethanes are used to produce printing inks that are particularly effectively cured with actinic radiation and/or thermally, and also have a long shelf life, improved water resistance, gloss and/or adhesion, and also have good resistance to heat sealing.
