FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: encrusting module comprises a potato tubers receiving bin 1, a feeding conveyor 2, pickling chamber 3, rollers 4 and 5, guide flap 6 for the tubers guiding between the rollers. After the rotating rollers tubers fall onto the absorber 10 and, rolling down on it, fall onto the downstream absorber. Blower 9 generates a recirculation airflow in the pickling chamber 3, taking air through the suction duct 7 and injecting it by means of a pressure air duct 8, in which a protective-stimulating preparation in the form of a powder is supplied from the hopper 11 by the dispenser 12. Potato tubers, coated with a liquid preparation with the addition of an adhesive, moving down along the absorbers 10, are getting covered with a powdery preparation. Not adhered powdery and the non-settled liquid preparations are captured by the suction airflow and are supplied to the pickling chamber 3 for reuse through the air ducts 7 and 8.

EFFECT: invention improves the potato tubers coating with powdered protective-stimulating preparations.
