SUBSTANCE: swivel device for the paper money transfer is applied to the automatic banking machine banknotes input / output port (1). Swivel device for paper money transfer comprises: paper money clamping mechanism (10), used for clamping and transfer of paper money (200) from the input / output port (1) to the paper money transfer channel into the automatic banking machine; transfer mechanism including a drive motor (30), belt (32) and a pair of pulleys (31, 33), at that, the belt (32) is attached to the paper money clamping mechanism (10) via a shaft and a bearing and is used to move the paper money clamping mechanism (10) to the paper money transfer channel from the notes input / output port (1); first rotary drive mechanism, comprising a first rotary motor (20) and a first gear (22) and used to drive the paper money clamping mechanism (10) to rotation to a first angle at the banknotes input / output port (1); second rotary drive mechanism, comprising a second rotary motor (20) and a second gear (42) and used to drive the paper money clamping mechanism (10) to rotate to a second angle at the paper money transfer channel output; and the central control mechanism.
