FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for the concomitant production of at least two hydrocarbon cuts with low sulphur content from a mixture of hydrocarbons, the initial boiling point of which ranges from 35 to 100°C, and the final boiling point is from 260 to 340°C, and having a total sulphur content of 30 to 10000 ppmw, said hydrocarbon mixture comprising: at least a first cut containing hydrocarbons with a boiling range from the initial boiling point of the mixture to 160°C and containing from 20 to 80 wt% olefins of said first cut, and at least a second cut containing hydrocarbons with a boiling range of 160°C to the final boiling point of the mixture, said second cut containing at least 10 wt% hydrocarbons having a boiling range from 220°C to the final boiling point of the mixture, the method comprising the following steps: a) in the first reactor, treating the mixture in a first hydrodesulphurisation step in the presence of hydrogen and a catalyst comprising at least one Group VIII metal, at least one Group VIB metal and a support, wherein the first hydrodesulphurisation step is carried out at a temperature of 200 to 400°C, pressure of 1 to 10 MPa, liquid space velocity of 0.1 to 10 h-1 and with the ratio (volume of hydrogen / volume of hydrocarbon mixture) from 50 to 500 Nl/l; b) separating at least a portion of the hydrogen sulphide from the partially desulphurised effluent from step a); c) in a second reactor, treating the partially desulphurised mixture from step b) in a second hydrodesulphurisation step in the presence of hydrogen and a catalyst comprising at least one Group VIII element, at least one VIB group element and a support, the second hydrodesulphurisation step being carried out at a temperature of 205 to 500°C, pressure of 1 to 3 MPa, liquid space velocity from 1 to 10 h-1 and with a ratio (volume of hydrogen / volume of the mixture) of 50 to 500 Nl/l, the temperature in the second hydrodesulphurisation step c) higher than the temperature in the first hydrodesulphurisation step a); and d) fractionating the desulphurised mixture from step c) to produce at least two desulphurised hydrocarbon cut, light and heavy, wherein the initial boiling point of the light hydrocarbon cut is 35 to 100°C and the final boiling point is 160 to 220°C, and the total sulphur content in it is less than 50 ppm, and the initial boiling point of the heavy hydrocarbon cut is 160 to 220°C, and the final boiling point is 260°C to 340°C.
EFFECT: obtaining compounds with a low sulphur content.
