FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a product from polyurethane foam. Method comprises forming products from polyurethane elastomers, obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component in the presence of a tetraalkylstannoxy based catalyst of formula
,
in which R is C9-C11 alkyl.
EFFECT: use of said catalysts to produce polyurethane products enables to obtain a product having increased fatigue under repeated deformations, and also provides a shorter moulding time.
