SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, namely to production of reagents for oxidative deodorizing treatment of oil and gas condensate from hydrogen sulphide and mercaptans used in the gas and oil extracting industry. Method for deodorizing oil and gas condensate purification from hydrogen sulphide and mercaptans by oxidation in the presence of monoethanolamine, sulfur and a cobalt phthalocyanine derivative deodorization process using a liquid composition of the following composition, wt%: monoethanolamine 20-80; sulfur 0.1-20; polyethylene glycol 3-20; halogenated disulfonic acid derivative [CoPC]X_n(SO₃)₂^2- 2Cat⁺ cobalt phthalocyanine, where X=Cl, Br; n=1-3; Cat⁺= H⁺, Na⁺, K⁺, NH₄⁺, [HN(CH₂CH₂OH)₃]⁺, 0,1-5; PC is phthalocyanine; water up to 100.

EFFECT: technical result is development of a method for oxidative deodorization of oil and gas condensate from hydrogen sulphide and mercaptans using a deodorant composition in a stable liquid form, allowing to carry out effective deodorization in a wide range of concentrations of hydrogen sulphide and mercaptans in the feedstock, which eliminates the need for creating a special scheme for its preparation from the consumer and improving the working conditions of the producer and the consumer of the product.
