SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the device for grain grinding and can be used in the agriculture, grain processing and animal feed industry. Conditioner contains the frame 1, the grain bin 2, the smooth drum 3, the corrugated drum 4, which are installed under the rollers 3 and 4, the rollers 5 with a round wire brush. On the frame 1 the transverse discharge conveyor 6 is installed for shipment of ready-made feeds. To heat the smooth drum 3, the burners 7 are mounted on the frame 1.
EFFECT: combined impact of thermal and mechanical effects on the grain provides an intensive process of vaporization inside the fiber of the grain.
