FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric and radio engineering, namely to the communication apparatus of the ultra-low-frequency and extreme-frequency range, and can be used to transmit signals to deep-sunk and remote objects. Essence: the transmitting communication complex contains a master oscillator, which is a frequency converter with a DC link, generators operating in the range of 0.1-10 Hz, an antenna system, using a power line, and earthing switches. In the antenna system, using a power line, additionally four grounded conductors are placed on four sides in the immediate vicinity of the vertical grounded end of the antenna system.
EFFECT: technical result: an increase in the energy of the radiated field in any given azimuth direction.
