CHECK VALVE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC E21B34/06 F16K15/04

Abstract RU 2653142 C1

FIELD: machine building; oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petroleum engineering, in particular to the design of a check valve, which can be used with rod deep-well or electric centrifugal pumps intended primarily for pumping liquids with a high content of mechanical impurities. Check ball valve comprises a hollow cylindrical body with an internal annular collar, a valve pair in the form of an annular seat and a ball closure member, guard of the closure member in the form of a cage with through holes for the flow of liquid. Between the seat and the cage there is an annular elastic element whose internal diameter does not exceed the diameter of the ball closure member.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the life of the valve and increasing its energy efficiency during operation.
