SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shut-off valves, in particular to check ball valves, used, for example, with sucker rod pumps or electric centrifugal pumps, designed primarily for pumping liquids with a high content of mechanical impurities. A ball check valve, consisting of a body, inside which a valve pair, consisting of a seat and a ball, and a ball travel stop, made in the form of a cage with through holes, are installed, and characterized in that it contains a dynamic sealing system, implemented using a cuff located between the cage and the saddle and representing a ring, the opening of which is formed by two conical surfaces, from the side of the cage on the cuff between its end and the conical surfaces, an internal groove is made, while the minimum the inner diameter of the cuff is less than the diameter of the ball; when the ball fits into the seat, the center of the ball is located between the seat and the point of contact of the cuff with the ball.

EFFECT: invention provides increased reliability of operation and value of the working pressure of the ball check valve due to the use of a dynamic sealing system implemented using a cuff.
