FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to finishing-cleaning and hardening processing of parts in free granulated medium and can be used in machine building at dimensionless machining of parts. Device comprises a drum with end walls and a drive elastically installed on the bed with loading and unloading devices. Drum is made in the form of a screw inclined truncated cone with a wavy side surface along its perimeter and with flat bases in the form of ellipsoid face jaws, which are mounted at an acute angle to each other and at different acute angles to the drum rotation axis. Latter is installed at acute angle to rotation axis and is equipped with loading and unloading journals of conical shape with slope towards unloading. There are conic springs rigidly fixed on their inner diameters with coils of round cross-section and slope towards discharge side. Large axes of ellipses of end cheeks are turned relative to each other at acute angle.

EFFECT: as a result, the technological capabilities and reliability of the device are expanded and the processing efficiency is increased.
