FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: facility comprises a lift pipe string installed in the casing pipe, wellhead and two sections mounted in the casing pipe with a fitting assembly. The lower section contains a double-armature packer with a facility receiving fluid from the lower formation, where the upper section - a submersible motorized pump with submersible telemetry unit (STU) joined with the frequency-controlled submersible electric motor (SEM) of the submersible motor-driven pump, motorized throttle valve with a shutter and shut-off valve seat connected mechanically and electrically with the STU with measuring means of one or more formation parameters including pressure measuring sensor, and is provided with a centering part to connect fitting assembly part of the upper section toits return past at the lower section. Shutter-by-wire throttle valve is configured to cut off automatically fluid flow from the lower formation in the shut-off valve seat in case of emergency power cutoff of the well. The facility is equipped with a telemechanical system (TMS) with automatic control of a submersible electrically driven pump and a throttle valve after measuring formation parameters; the system comprises at least another pressure measuring sensor and a facility to register fluid proceeds from the lower formation installed at the entering point of the fluid from the lower formation to the shut-off valve seat of the throttle valve, and a facility of the cumulative registration of the fluid production from both well formations mounted at least at the outlet of motor-driven, electrically connected to the well control station and the unit receiving and processing information with one or more conductors of electrical cable installed inside STU through pump motor windings and the wellhead.

EFFECT: design simplification and well operation reliablity improvement.
