FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in power conversion devices with a relatively high out voltage. In galvanic isolation circuit for the power conversion device, relay unit (40), having an optical receiver and optical transmitter (41, 44), a signal processing unit (42) and a supply unit (43), is placed between control circuit unit (30) and gate driver circuit unit (50), which form the inverter control device (60). Control gate signal, formed by the control circuit (30) is input to the signal processing unit (42) of the relay unit (40) via the optical receivers (41, 91) and output to the gate driver circuit unit (50) from the signal processing unit (42) via the optical transmitters (44) , 92). In this case, electric energy of the alternating current is supplied to the supply unit (43) of the relay unit (40) from the low-voltage power supply (20) of the alternating current of the control device via a transformer (70), enduring high potential voltage. Alternating current electric power is supplied to the gate driver unit (50) from the power supply unit (43) of the relay unit (40) via another transformer (71), enduring high potential voltage.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the safety of devices by providing enhanced insulation of open conductive parts in power conversion devices.
